Once your order has been shipped internationally from our warehouse, you can track it in the following ways.
1. Shipping Confirmation Email (easiest)
When your package leaves our warehouse, we send you a Shipping Confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to the tracking page. Simply click the link to see the latest delivery status.
2. My Order Page
Open your "My Order" page from your order confirmation email. After international shipment, tracking details appear in the Shipping Information section.
3. The Carrier's Official Website
You can also enter your tracking number directly on the carrier's website (Japan Post, FedEx, ECMS, etc.). The carrier name is shown in your Shipping Confirmation email.
Please Note
- Tracking becomes available only after your package is shipped internationally. Before that, you can check your order's progress on the My Order page (Order Placed → Sent to Warehouse → Shipped to You).
- Tracking information may take a day or two to start updating after shipment.
