Typically, orders are shipped from our warehouse in Japan within a few days to a few weeks of purchase completion, depending on how quickly the shop ships your item to us. We will send a "Shipping Confirmation" email to your registered email address once your order has been dispatched.
The shop needs to get your item to our warehouse within approximately 23 days of your order; if it does not arrive in time, the order is automatically canceled and fully refunded.
