If the shop can prepare your item, it will arrive at our warehouse in Japan within 23 days of your order. Once it arrives, we repack it for international shipping and send it out to you.
When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, we will send a "Shipping Confirmation" email to your registered email address, including your tracking number and a tracking link.
If the shop is unable to get your item to our warehouse within this period, your order will be automatically canceled and fully refunded.
If more than 23 days have passed since your purchase and you have not received a "Shipping Confirmation" email, please contact our customer support so we can check on it for you.
