Typically, your order will be shipped from the seller (shop) to our Cross Cart warehouse in Japan within 10 calendar days of purchase completion. Once it arrives at our warehouse, it will be repacked and dispatched to you within 2 days.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will send a "Shipping Confirmation" email to your registered email address.
If we anticipate a significant delay in the overall process due to circumstances such as seller shipping delays or severe weather, we will notify you.
If 2 weeks have passed since your purchase was completed and you have not received a "Shipping Confirmation" email or any delay notification from us, please contact our customer support so we can investigate the matter for you.
