You can check your order status at any time on your "My Order" page. The link to this page is included in the order confirmation email sent from noreply@cross-cart.jp.
What You Can See on the My Order Page

Current Status — your order's progress in three stages:
- Order Placed: We have received your order, and the shop is preparing to ship your item to our warehouse in Japan.
- Sent to Warehouse: The shop has shipped your item. After it arrives at our warehouse, we inspect it and repack it for international shipping.
- Shipped to You: Your package has been shipped internationally. Tracking details appear in the Shipping Information section, and you will also receive a Shipping Confirmation email with the tracking number.
- Order Details — items, quantities, and the full cost breakdown (product subtotal, international shipping, domestic shipping, handling fee, payment processing fee, and total).
- "Invoice" button — download a receipt (proof of payment) PDF yourself.
- Order information — shipping/billing address, shop name, payment method, and shipping service.
- Contact Support — a button to contact our customer support about this order.
Please Note
There is no account or login. Each order has its own My Order page, which can be opened only from that order's confirmation email. Multiple orders cannot be viewed together in one list.
