The total time until your order is delivered is made up of two parts: the time until we dispatch it from Japan, and the international shipping time.
📦 Before international dispatch
The shop needs to get your item to our warehouse in Japan within 23 days of your order. This is the maximum period allowed, not a typical waiting time — if your item does not reach us within it, your order is automatically canceled and fully refunded.
Once your item arrives, we check the contents and repack it securely for international shipping, then send it out as soon as it is ready. Please allow a little extra time during Japan's long holiday periods (such as New Year, Golden Week, or Obon), or if a natural disaster or similar disruption affects our operations.
🚚 International shipping time
This varies depending on your destination country and the shipping method you choose. The number of days until delivery can vary significantly depending on the season, current circumstances, and the item, so we are unable to give an exact delivery time for international shipping.
When you select a shipping method in your cart, you can see and compare the available carriers and their shipping costs.
