Cross Cart is a proxy purchasing service: we buy physical products from shops in Japan on your behalf and ship them to your international address. Items that are not physical products, or whose contents cannot be identified, cannot be purchased through our service.
🚫 Items We Cannot Handle
- Tickets, vouchers, and membership cards: event and transport tickets, theme park or facility passes, gift cards and vouchers (physical or digital), and membership or point cards.
- Intangible goods: digital content (e.g., game codes), service subscriptions, online lessons, and other items with no physical product.
- Items with unknown contents: "fukubukuro" (lucky bags), mystery boxes, or other assortments whose contents cannot be identified. Random-assortment items are permitted when the product type itself is clear (e.g., "T-shirt, random color").
🛒 What Happens at Checkout
Our system checks each item automatically when you add it to your cart. If the item falls under one of these categories, a message explaining the reason appears and the item cannot be ordered.

Questions about an event itself (dates, showtimes, seats) should go to the shop or organizer — we do not have this information. If you believe a physical product was flagged by mistake, please contact us with the product page URL and a screenshot of the error screen.
