When your order is completed, a confirmation email is automatically sent from noreply@cross-cart.jp. This email includes a link to your "My Order" page, where you can check the latest status of your order at any time.
If you have not received it, please check the following:
- Check your spam/junk folder. Automated emails are sometimes filtered. Adding noreply@cross-cart.jp to your contacts can help prevent this.
- Check the email address you entered. If there was a typo in the email address entered at checkout, the email cannot reach you.

Please contact our customer support with the following details so we can locate your order:
- The date and time of your order
- The payment method you used
- The amount charged
- The URL of the product page you ordered

Cross Cart does not have member accounts or a login. Your order can be checked only via the "My Order" link in the confirmation email, so please keep the email safe.
