How do I get a receipt or proof of payment?

You can download a receipt yourself at any time from your "My Order" page.

How to Download Your Receipt

1. Open the order confirmation email sent from noreply@cross-cart.jp and click the link to your "My Order" page.
2. On the My Order page, click the "Invoice" button.
3. A PDF document (CROSS CART INVOICE, marked "PAID") will be downloaded. It includes the full breakdown of your payment (product subtotal, shipping fees, handling fees, etc.).

Please Note

• The amount and the name on the receipt are based on your order information and cannot be changed (for example, we cannot change the name to a company name or adjust the amount).
• This document is proof of your payment to Cross Cart. It is different from the customs declaration documents attached to your package.
