You can pay with the following methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, UnionPay, Discover
- Digital Wallets: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay
If Your Payment Fails
Most payment failures are caused on the card side — for example, spending limits, overseas-use restrictions, or 3-D Secure (identity verification) settings. We are unable to approve a declined payment on our side. In that case, please:
- Check with your card issuer whether the payment can be approved, or
- Try another card or a different payment method such as PayPal.
If the problem continues, please send us a screenshot of the error screen so we can check the details.
A Note for Debit Card Users
With some debit cards, the initial authorization may appear as a charge and then be released (refunded) after a few days, while the actual charge is taken when the payment is finalized. This can temporarily look like a double charge, but it usually is not. If you are still charged twice after a few days, please contact our customer support and we will investigate.
