Ordering from a Japanese shop through Cross Cart is simple. Here's the step-by-step flow.
🛒 Add to cart & choose your country
On the product page, tap Add to cart. In your cart, select your shipping destination (country or region).
💳 Check out
If your items can be shipped to your destination, you can proceed to the checkout page, where you enter your name, shipping address, and payment details. Completing payment places your order.
📩 Order confirmation
You will then receive an “Order Confirmation” email at the address you entered. It includes a link to your “My Order” page, where you can check the status anytime.
🚚 Shipment
Once your item reaches our warehouse in Japan, we re-pack it for international shipping and send it out. When it ships, you will receive a “Shipment Confirmation” email with your tracking number and a tracking link.
