Our Order Fulfillment Process
Domestic Shipping
- The shop in Japan first ships your item to our domestic warehouse.
Warehouse Arrival
- We receive the package from the shop at our warehouse.
Verification & Repacking
- We open the package to verify the contents and repack securely for international shipping.
International Shipping
- The newly packed parcel is shipped to your overseas address.
About Unboxing and Repacking
In Step 3, you may notice that your item's original packaging has been opened. Please be assured this is a standard and necessary part of our operation for the following reasons:
- To Verify the Contents
- We perform a basic visual check to ensure that the item we received from the shop matches what you ordered (e.g., correct color, size, and quantity, with no obvious major damage).
- To Check for Prohibited Items
- We must confirm that the package does not contain any surprise items that are prohibited for international shipping (e.g., promotional items containing alcohol, standalone lithium batteries, etc.).
- To Ensure Safe Repacking
- To protect your items during their long journey, we may need to take them out of their original box to add extra cushioning material before placing them in our own secure shipping boxes.
