Time Until International Shipment
The time from when you place your order until we ship it internationally from our warehouse consists of two main stages:
Domestic Shipping in Japan
First, the shop you ordered from ships your item to our warehouse in Japan. Per our policy, shops have up to 10 calendar days to complete this domestic shipping procedure.
Our Warehouse Processing
Once your item arrives at our warehouse, we perform a check, securely repack it for international travel, and prepare it for dispatch. This typically takes an additional 1-3 calendar days.
Therefore, the total time until your order is dispatched from our warehouse can vary, generally taking anywhere from a few days to nearly three weeks, depending on how quickly the shop ships the item. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as it is on its way.
Estimated Delivery Time (After International Shipment)
After your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you can check the estimated delivery timeframe in your shopping cart.
- Add your items to the cart and enter your shipping address.
- On the shipping method selection screen, the estimated delivery days will be displayed for each shipping carrier. Please refer to this for an estimate.
