We cannot accept requests to specify shipping or delivery dates. Orders are processed in the order they are received.
📦 Time until international shipment
First, the shop in Japan ships your item to our warehouse. The shop needs to do this within 23 days of your order — this is the maximum period allowed, and an order whose item does not reach us in time is automatically canceled and fully refunded.
Once your item arrives at our warehouse, we check the contents and repack it securely for international shipping, then send it out as soon as it is ready. Please allow a little extra time during Japan's long holiday periods (such as New Year, Golden Week, or Obon), or if a natural disaster or similar disruption affects our operations. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

The number of days until delivery can vary significantly depending on the season, current circumstances, and the item, so we are unable to give an exact delivery time for international shipping.
