We are a proxy purchasing service that buys items from shops in Japan on your behalf and ships them to your international address. To deliver your items safely, we follow the process below.
📦 Our Order Fulfillment Process
- Domestic shipping: The shop in Japan first ships your item to our domestic warehouse.
- Warehouse arrival: We receive the package from the shop at our warehouse.
- Verification & repacking: We open the package to verify the contents and repack securely for international shipping.
- International shipping: The newly packed parcel is shipped to your overseas address.
📦 About Unboxing and Repacking
In Step 3, you may notice that your item's original packaging has been opened. Please be assured this is a standard and necessary part of our operation for the following reasons:
- To check the contents: We carry out a simple visual check of the item's appearance and quantity against your order, and look for obvious damage. This is a basic check, not a full inspection: we do not test items, verify authenticity, or open sealed or screwed-down packaging.
- To check for prohibited items: We must confirm that the package does not contain any surprise items that are prohibited for international shipping (e.g., promotional items containing alcohol, standalone lithium batteries, etc.).
- To ensure safe repacking: To protect your items during their long journey, we keep the product's original box and wrap the whole box in extra cushioning material before placing it in our own secure shipping box. We open the parcel to inspect the contents, but we never discard the original box.
Items are shipped to you as we received them from the shop. We do not use, test, or replace them, and our staff handle every parcel with care.
