If you receive a notification to pay customs duties from the customs office or the shipping carrier, please follow their instructions and complete the payment promptly.
As the importer, you are responsible for paying any customs duties and other taxes applied to your shipment. Please be aware that if the payment is not completed within the specified timeframe, the package may be returned to Japan or disposed of.
