Yes, partially. We can now handle shelf-stable (room-temperature) food items and non-alcoholic beverages.
To meet international shipping regulations, these items are shipped via Japan Post (EMS) only. This means they can only be ordered when EMS is available as a shipping option for your country.
Examples of Items We CAN Handle (shipped via EMS)
- Snacks & confectionery: chocolate (shelf-stable), cookies, candy, gummies, rice crackers, roasted nuts, dried fruits
- Seasonings & ingredients: soy sauce, miso, spices, dressings, sauces, cooking oils, curry roux
- Dry & preserved foods: dried noodles, rice, instant ramen, retort pouches, canned foods, furikake, nori
- Non-alcoholic beverages: soft drinks, juice, green tea, coffee, mineral water
Items We Still CANNOT Handle
- All alcoholic beverages: beer, wine, sake, whisky, liqueurs, etc., as well as food items with alcohol content (such as hon-mirin or cooking sake).
-
Items requiring refrigeration or freezing: fresh meat or fish, dairy desserts, frozen foods, fresh fruits and vegetables, etc., because temperature control is not possible during international transit.
*Items that only say "refrigerate after opening" are fine — only items whose storage condition is "keep refrigerated/frozen" are unavailable. - Raw eggs
- Pet food
- Quarantine-restricted items: processed meat (ham, sausage, bacon, jerky, salami), honey and other bee products, and dairy products (cheese, butter, powdered milk). These cannot be shipped even if shelf-stable, due to animal quarantine regulations.
Please Note
Our system checks each item automatically when you add it to your cart. However, on rare occasions, the system may allow an order containing an item we cannot handle. In such cases, we will have to cancel your order and issue a full refund for the amount paid. We appreciate your understanding.
