Refunds are always issued to the original payment method you used at checkout. We process refunds promptly on our side once a cancellation or refund is confirmed.
When the Refund Will Appear
- Credit/debit cards: typically within 5 to 10 business days after we process the refund, depending on your card issuer. With some debit cards, it may take a little longer.
- PayPal and other digital wallets: usually faster, but the timing depends on the provider.
Please Note
- Refunds cannot be sent to a different card or account.
- Depending on your card's statement cycle, the refund may appear on the following month's statement.
- If you cannot find your refund after 10 business days, please contact our customer support with your order number — we will check the refund status for you.
