Refunds are always issued to the original payment method you used at checkout. We process refunds promptly on our side once a cancellation or refund is confirmed.
💳 If your order was canceled before international shipping
We charge your payment method when your order is shipped internationally from our warehouse in Japan. If an order is canceled before that, there is usually no charge to refund: the temporary authorization hold is released by your card issuer, usually within 7 days, and the amount disappears from your pending transactions rather than appearing as a refund. 💳 When the Refund Will Appear
- Credit/debit cards: usually within 7 days after we process the refund, depending on your card issuer. With some debit cards, it may take a little longer.
- PayPal and other digital wallets: usually faster, but the timing depends on the provider.
⚠️ Please Note
- Refunds cannot be sent to a different card or account.
- Depending on your card's statement cycle, the refund may appear on the following month's statement.
- If you cannot find your refund after 7 days, please contact our customer support with your order number — we will check the refund status for you.
