We are sorry your order was canceled. When Cross Cart cancels an order, it is for one of the following reasons — and in every case, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Common Reasons for Cancellation
- The item did not reach our warehouse in time. If the shop is unable to ship your item to our warehouse within the required period after your order, the order is automatically canceled.
- The item was found to be unavailable for international shipping. In rare cases, an item is identified as prohibited or unshippable after the purchase is completed.
- The item was out of stock, or the shop was unable to provide it.
- The order could not be delivered to your country — for example, due to a carrier service suspension.
About Your Refund
The full amount you paid is refunded to your original payment method. It typically appears on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer or payment provider.
