Most manufacturer warranties for products sold in Japan are valid only for use within Japan. They typically do not cover products that have been shipped internationally.
It is Outside Our Scope of Service
We are a proxy service that handles the "purchase" and "initial international shipment" on your behalf. Therefore, any after-sales support, such as acting as an intermediary for warranty claims, repairs, or exchanges with the manufacturer, and handling the associated return/reshipment logistics, is outside our scope of service. We do not offer these services.
